3-4 Frederick Street, Canteen

This project comprised of refurbishment works to the existing 1st floor offices to create a new canteen with seating area. Works consisted of the strip out of the existing internal finishes and mechanical and electrical services to the existing selected areas with some minor demolition and alterations. Construction of new metal stud and glazed partitions, installation of new built in furniture, adjustment of existing mechanical and electrical installations to suit.
